Jonas Messias

Full Stack Developer

I build and maintain products in production with React, Node.js, Angular and Java, from API to interface, with tests, continuous deployment and AI as support.

Caratinga, Brazil

About

I'm a full stack developer with a degree in Computer Science and experience building and evolving digital products in production. Today I'm the only engineer on an education platform: I built the Node.js and NestJS API, the three React apps and billing for Brazil and abroad.

Day to day I work with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React and PostgreSQL. In my own projects, I built a REST API in Java 17 with Spring Boot and the Angular front end that consumes it, plus a store built with React microfrontends.

I work with automated tests, code review and continuous deployment, and I use AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, to support analysis, implementation and review, always reviewing the result. I'm looking for a team where I can grow through code review and contribute from day one.

    oSeuMáximo

I'm the only engineer on the product: I designed, built and keep in production the oSeuMáximo education platform, from the NestJS API to the three React apps. I built billing with PIX, installments and foreign-currency subscriptions, made sure paying customers never lost access, protected revenue against defaults and chargebacks, and created assisted sales through WhatsApp. I also refactored the checkout with AI agents, from 994 to 184 lines in 6 tested PRs.
